• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our apps.
• Use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software included in the Services are owned by or licensed to Carapulco. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

4. App Store Terms

Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of those apps is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Carapulco is solely responsible for the apps and their content — Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carapulco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
