By downloading, installing, or using Pomodoro(the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use Pomodoro only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software included in Pomodoro are owned by or licensed to Carapulco. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

4. App Store Terms

Pomodorois distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service. Carapulco is solely responsible for Pomodoro and its content — Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pomodorois provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carapulco shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, Pomodoro.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of Pomodoro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the date at the top of this page.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
